Meet Jennie, Teamkind Founder & Faculty Member

Jennie is a strategist, facilitator, and builder of high-performing teams who brings over 25 years of experience helping leaders unlock clarity, collaboration, and culture that lasts. A certified advanced practitioner of the 6 Team Conditions Framework—the gold standard in team effectiveness—she guides teams to self-manage, sustain performance, and navigate change with purpose.

Jennie also serves as CEO of Coqual, a global think tank helping companies redesign how they work and lead. At Coqual, she leads bold research and co-creates practical tools that embed inclusion into leadership, culture, and talent strategy—empowering companies to build workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Through Teamkind, Jennie brings the same belief to every client: when teams have the right conditions, they can do more than deliver—they can transform. Jennie helps leaders love the process as much as the outcome, and make space for the kind of leadership the future demands—compassionate, clear, and inclusive.

Jennie studied French at McGill University and holds a Bachelor’s in French from Earlham College. Jennie is passionate about the performing arts ability to connect and inspire people and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Board of EPIC Players, a Neuro-Inclusive Performing Arts Company. Jennie lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband Jon, 2 teenagers, and treat-motivated dog, Daisy.
